Description
Tandoori原味烤餅是非常傳統及受歡迎的發酵麵包。 其特別之處是將的麵團粘在圓柱形粘土烤箱中烘烤。
好似法式餐廳吃的焗出來的蒜蓉包味,一塊細細塊,好脆好脆平時下午茶/當零食.

建議食法:
  • 直接加蒜蓉,放焗爐烤焗 / 平底鑊慢火煎
  • 薄餅底
  • 墨西哥卷餅皮

烤雞牛油果墨西哥卷(4人分量)


材料:

  • 4塊原味烤餅
  • 200克 烤雞肉(切片)
  • 1個 牛油果(切粒)
  • 4湯匙 原味低脂乳酪
  • 2湯匙 芫荽(切碎)
  • 1/2個 紅甜椒(切粒)
  • 1/2個 紅洋葱(切粒)
  • 1湯匙 蒜蓉
  • 適量 檸檬汁和黑胡椒碎

做法:

  • 在大碗中拌勻乳酪、芫荽、紅甜椒粒、洋葱粒和蒜蓉
  • 把烤雞肉、牛油果及已拌好的乳酪醬放在一個原味烤餅中下位置,加入少許檸檬汁和黑胡椒碎調味
  • 把原味烤餅捲好,即可食用。亦可將原味烤餅放於已加熱的烤爐烤熱 / 平底鑊慢火煎香至微金黃色
