Description
自家手作威靈頓牛柳(約430G) 採用紐西蘭牛柳,法國酥皮和意大利巴馬火腿,以焗爐或氣炸鍋只需30分鐘,
提前最少12小時把威靈頓牛排放在雪櫃中解凍就有高級餐廳的效果。

威靈頓牛柳肉質嫩滑,口感豐富。提供最天然優質的牛肉食材。牛肉蛋白質極為豐富,其胺基酸亦有助大病初癒或手術後的病人修復身體機能,配合補血的鐵質,既可補中益氣,亦能改善貧血。此外,當中的肉鹼可幫身體代謝脂肪,提升肌肉率。

做法:

  1. 除去包裝,保留 焗爐紙,將牛柳置放室溫不少於20分鐘,預熱焗爐至210度
  2. 用 蛋黃漿掃勻酥皮表面,將威靈頓牛柳連同焗爐紙放入已預熱的焗爐
        加熱:
        Rare (3成熟): 17-22 minutes
        Medium(5成熟): 25-27 minutes
        Well Done(全熟): 28-35 minutes
  3. 焗製後閒置於室溫約10-15分鐘.
